INVERNESS

Ginno Conti
Every morning Ginno’s alarm clock goes off at 4.30am and he’s up to present the MFR Breakfast show every morning Monday to Friday with side-kick Nicky Marr.
After he finishes broadcasting to the North of Scotland, Ginno does his best teacher impression and helps train the next batch of budding radio stars in the MFR Media Trust.
Once his working day is over, Ginno likes to chill out on his X-Box, playing football, cooking and also has been known to do a spot of ballroom dancing.

Nicky Marr
The other half of the MFR Breakfast team and most would say the sensible half, Nicky has been on-air at MFR for almost a decade and has been waking up the North of Scotland for the same amount of years.
A mother of two and a fitness fanatic, Nicky has participated in the Nairn 10k and Monster Challenge and loves her new bike. Nicky also adores the West Wing, cooking, her stripy hair (so lucky to be born with it that way), tulips, Gordon Ramsay and growing her own vegetables.
